Obituary of Ljubisa Dokic

December 26, 1970-August 26, 2015 After a short courageous battle with cancer at Ridge Meadows Hospital, Maple Ridge, British Columbia, in his 45th year. Beloved son of Boris and Danica Dokic. Loving brother of Emilija Ruksenas, and her husband Dan. Loved uncle of Daniel and Aleksandra. Cherished nephew to Misa and late Tomislav Dokic (Tomica,Biljana and Nancy), Krivokuca Gordina and Branko (Mira, and Jovanka). Louis will be missed by family in Serbia; Cikic, Gici and Slavka Stevanovic as well as many other family and friends here and in Serbia. Visitation will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 10am. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
