Obituary of Hilda Rose Ferrier

FERRIER, Hilda Rose (nee Rakestrow) of Grimsby, Ontario – Passed away peacefully at the Parkview Nursing Centre on July 31, 2014 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Creston Ferrier. Loving mother to Harold and Ina (deceased) Ferrier, Robert and Joanne Ferrier, Carole and Larry Swayze, Ross and Cathy Ferrier, Dianne and Richard Vanderwal, Doris and Michael Maragh. Dear grandmother to Sue and Jo Ferrier, Melanie and Timothy Ferrier, Steven and Krista Swayze, Grant, Ashley and Kyle Ferrier, April and Jesse Vanderwal, and Alyssa, Brandon, Creston and Deon Maragh. Great-grandmother to Dorian, Tytus, Leah and Levi. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, August 16 from 3 – 4 p.m. Memorial Service to follow in the Chapel at 4:00 pm.
