Obituary of Alena Boril

Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family on August 20, 2014, in her 68th year. Loving and devoted mother of Otto Boril (Kim), Karen Hyslop-Gibson (John) and Rita Pearson (Jamie). Grandma “Babi” will forever be loved and in the hearts of Otto Jr., Breanne, Josie and Jack. Loved sister of Zdenka, dear friend of Pavla and Lyda and will be missed by her four legged companion Jenna. Special thank you to the loving team at the Juravinski Hospital for their outstanding commitment and support. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
