I had the pleasure of working with Lynda for over 15 years through the SOLS, Multilingual Pool. When I retired in December 2013, she told me how much wishes was looking forward to her retirement. So sorry she was not able to fulfil her dreams. I am sending my sincere condolences to her family, and to let you know how much her work was appreciated by the library community.

So sorry to hear that Lynda has gone. In the past few months she has been so helpful and kind in our virtual world of work. I can only imagine what a lovely grandmother and mother she was. I'm sorry that she did not get to enjoy her well-deserved retirement. Michelle Koskitalo French and Multilingual Coordinator Lambton County Library

Tiffany, Bryan, Nathan and Haley We just want to say we are so sorry for the pain you are all feeling right now. If we could do anything to comfort you in this very difficult time we would and will. We also wanted to say thank you! Thank you for sharing your Mum, Nana Lynda with our family. She always made us feel so special and important and let us know how much all of you cared for us by the way she treated us. She was such a quiet women but her actions and generosity could be heard a mile away and seen in the smiles of not only Haley and Nathan but, Owen and Emma too! She was the kind of woman that listened in a way that very few people knew how to do. Sometimes without any idea she was even listening you would get the most thoughtful and amazing surprise ("Butterfly Kisses") from her. We love you all so much and are sending the biggest hugs your way. XO...Us
