I met Bill when he was a boisterous and fun loving teenager. As a young man he was a terrific athlete and carried that love for health and fitness throughout his life. The birth of his son AJ brought such happiness that his face lit up when he talked about him. That will be his legacy. My heartfelt sympathies to Al and Marilyn, Charlene, Joshua andSarah, Jeanette and AJ and their families. He will be sorely missed by all who loved him. He is in Gods hands now.

Billy had a very sweet spirit. In many ways his faith superceded most people. When he believed in something he really believed! He really believed in the Lord, and His ways. The Word of God calls it "child-like faith". Billy had determination. When he put his vote on something he followed it to the ends of the earth. The Word of God calls it "perseverance". Billy had a great sense of humour, As a young man many a time you would hear him laughing up a storm over something silly he had done. The Word of God calls it "a merry heart". Billy rejoiced in other people's happiness and had a love to be a part of it. No matter how silly it might have appeared to the outsider ,Billy was always eager to participate in someone else's suggestions for fun. The Word of God calls it a love for "joyful family gatherings" It is an honour to have known him & we will remember him fondly-. As he looks down from heaven he smiles as he sees that he can still put a smile on our faces! Billy was a whole hearted man- he played hard, he ate quiche, and wore pink- all of which he was very proud of - and we loved him for it! We love you Billy , untill we meet again ...........
