Obituary of Donald Robert Brown

After a courageous, post operative struggle, Donald passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, November 1, 2014, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of the late Delores. Loving father of Valerie and Larry Gardiner, Allen and Kelley, Christine Clause, Tim and Charlene and Brenda Brown. Cherished grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Will also be sadly missed by his siblings Frank, Ralph, Bev, Bill, Karen, Brian, Wes and their families. Special thanks to the Staff of the I.C.U. of the Hamilton General Hospital for all of their compassion and care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, November 5 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
