Obituary of Kenneth Bruce Drummond

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth (Kenny) Bruce Drummond, after a courageous battle with cancer. He passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23rd surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband and best friend of Carol for 35 years. Loving father to Fraser (Alicia) and Graham (Kristin), and adoring grandfather to Isla. Cherished son of James and Gladys Drummond and brother to Irene. Ken will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and colleagues. Ken’s relationship with God was central to his life. He was a man of integrity who exemplified what it meant to follow Christ. Kenny adored his wife Carol, always making her his first priority. He was an involved, dynamic father who intentionally cultivated meaningful and loving relationships with his sons. Ken was a dedicated employee at MAN Canada for 34 years, respected and admired by his colleagues. A very special thank you to Dr. Holmes and staff at The Carpenter Hospice. Visitation and a memorial service will be held at Flamborough Baptist Church, 41 Concession 5 East, Waterdown. Visitation will occur on Thursday, November 27 from 6-9 p.m. The Memorial Service will take place on Friday, November 28 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Carpenter Hospice.
