Obituary of Jenny Heeringa

Janny went to be with her Lord, surrounded by her family, on December 20, 2014 at Shalom Manor, Grimsby at the age of 95. Happily reunited with her dear husband Jaap (Jack) (2006) and daughter Pauline (1999). Loving mother of Gerald (Jerry) and his wife Judy, son-in-law Henry Boer, Jackie and her husband Rein Selles, and Evelyn and her husband Rod Dengerink. Dear grandmother of twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by remaining relatives in Canada and The Netherlands. Our mother was a loving woman of strong faith which she impressed upon her children and grandchildren. She was known for her hospitality, her wonderful baking and excellent soups. A private family interment service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A celebration of her life will be held at Mountainview Christian Reformed Church, 290 Main St. East, Grimsby on January 31, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
