Obituary of Andrew Richard Dobie

Peacefully, at McNally House Hospice on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, surrounded by his loving family in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Patricia for 52 years. Cherished father of Rick (Cheryl), Thomas (Mojdeh), and Greg (Correen). Loving grandfather of Lauren, Gavin, Josephine, and Samantha. Loved brother of Andrea (Vic Conte). Andy will also be missed by his honourary son Al (Carolyn) and their children Andrew, Brittany, and Brenden. Andy served in the United States Marine Corps from 1958 to 1961, and served with the Ontario Provincial Police from 1961-1991. Andy was also a local businessman in Stoney Creek, founding Canadian Alarm Services. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the Church of Our Saviour the Redeemer, 25 Lake Ave. South, Stoney Creek from 12 p.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
