Obituary of Robert McMullen

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 with family by his side, at the Juravinski Hospital in his 82nd year. Loving wife of Joyce for 26 years. Father of Deborah Corps, the late Gordon (Gail), Mark Gibson, Robert Lafleur (Tracy). Step-father of Kenneth Jansen (Evelyn), Kelly Schirrmacher (Walt). Will be missed by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother of Harold (Patricia), Joan, Malcolm (Violet), June (Wayne), Violet (Tony), Ivan (Carol), William (Linda), Jane (David), Betty. Special thanks to brother-in-law Douglas and his wife Shirley Bailey, as well as their son Ronald. Bob was an avid collector of International Harvester tractors and antiques and was a long time resident of Stoney Creek. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 3:30pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society or St. Peters at Chedoke would be appreciated by the family.
