Obituary of Joan Chodynicki

Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 27, 2015 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Leon Chodynicki. Cherished aunt of the late Stasia Kaczmarczyk of Welland. Beloved great aunt of Grazyna Kaczmarczyk and her children Krystyn and Matthew, Bernadette Kaczmarczyk and her husband Dave Cornelius, and Dorothy Teeft and her husband James and their son Luke. Special thanks to all the staff at Orchard Terrace for all their care and support, her doctors, Dr. Burgess and Dr. Ludwin. Joan’s smile and sense of humour will be missed by all especially her St. Peter’s Hospital family. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Orchard Terrace Care Centre, 199 Glover Rd, Stoney Creek ON L8E 5J2.
