I was saddened to hear of Norma's death. I am in my 60 th year now, but still, after all these years later, I still remember her and Albert. The kindness they showed towards me during a difficult time as a child, and as a teenager will never be forgotten. They both were people who didn't judge. Bev. Gow nee Dorosh

Many fond memories of Norma. "Nana and Papa's" house was always open. I was truly blessed to have had Norma as a neighbour. "Liz"

To my Nana; though we were not related by blood it didn't matter as I loved you as a grandmother and you loved me as a granddaughter. Blood doesn't matter for the love I felt for you and Papa. Having you as my Nana opened my life to having additional Aunts, Uncles and cousins. A big thank you to Auntie Sue, Uncle Phil, Auntie Lynn, Dan,Mark, Melanie and Eric for being a part of my life. I can't express the happy childhood memories I had of growing up with you as part of my life. All of the fun times like going to Nana&Papas cottage or swinging on the tire in their back yard or staying in and playing cards at Nana & Papas house. I remember learning how to play Crazy 8s and Nana and my mom teaching Eric and I how to cheat! I'll never forget the honey sandwiches Nana lovingly made for Eric because he was allergic to peanuts. As I grew into a woman I never doubted that I had my Nana's support as she always told me that no matter what that she would always be there and supporting me in anything I did. I remember our Saturday shopping days together with her, my mom and Mathew. We always liked to spend money, have great times and even better conversations. I'll never forget her loving me or Mathew. The best gift Nana ever gave me was when she called me "granddaughter". I love you Nana and always will. I can only imagine the reception you received today when you went home. Xoxoxo so

I will always treasure the memories.....frequent visits when we were little, Chicklets mysteriously appearing from Uncle Albert's pocket, trips to the cottage, watching you and Uncle Albert doing the "jitter-bug" and lunches out, shopping and lots of laughter. I will miss you. Love, Sharon
