Obituary of Olga Grace Martino

Olga passed away at home after a short battle with cancer on October 30, 2013, with all of her family by her side. Loving wife and companion for 30 years of Aldo Martino and mother of David (Bonnie), Colleen (Paul), Christopher, Richard, Susan (David), Melinda (Bob), Sandra (Mark), Laura and Susan (Kevin). Cherished Nana of 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Charlie, Clair, Elmer, Steven, Ellie, Priscilla and the late Verna. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Loving daughter of Isabelle Hutchinson, still residing in PEI, and the late Byron Hutchinson. Born in PEI, October 10, 1939, she came to Hamilton in her late teens, where she met her first husband, John Edward Vale (deceased 1977) and later met and married Aldo Martino. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CCAC – Haldimand Brant region, or your local Cancer Centre, would be appreciated.
