Obituary of Verna Clark

CLARK, Verna (Jacobs) After a courageous battle with cancer at the Bob Kemp Hospice on Saturday, April 19, 2008, of Caledonia in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Paul Clark. Beloved mother of Cindi and her husband Nyck Zaraliakos and Samantha and her husband Benjamin Harkness. Loving Nana of Evan, Mya and Alex. Survived by her sisters Lorraine and Jeannett and brothers Larry and Blaine. Will be remembered by her former husband Wayne Birch and many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Marsellus, Shannon and the nurses on Ward F3 for their wonderful care. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, April 23 at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Bob Kemp Hospice or the Cancer Assistance Program would be appreciated by the family.
