Obituary of Ernest Edward Atkinson

Atkinson, Ernest Edward June 24, 1930-September 10, 2015 Went to his rest peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital, surrounded by his family, after a prolonged battle with Parkinson’s Disease and Diabetes. His four children and ten grandchildren will miss their “Grandy” and his wife Anna, has lost her best friend. Special thanks to the Dedicated Staff at St. Peter’s, especially Dr. Bev Hattersley, for their compassionate care, Cremation has taken place and a small intimate service was held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home on September 14, 2015 officiated by Rev. Bahman Kalantari. Donations to the Parkinson Society or St. Peter’s Hospital would be appreciated as an expression of sympathy.
