Obituary of Marija Kerec

KEREC, Marija Peacefully at the Clarion Nursing Home on Sunday, September 27, 2015 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Anton. Loved mother of Tony (Sally) and Anna (Lance Vanderham). Loving Grandma of Daniela, Lana, Lance, and Vaughn. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Marija was a 40 member of the C.W.L at St. Gregory’s Church. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Wednesday at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Slovenian Catholic Church, 125 Centennial Parkway N. and Delawana Drive, Hamilton on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
