Obituary of Robert Kenneth Jamieson

JAMIESON, Robert Kenneth Passed away peacefully at his residence in Stoney Creek on Friday, January 8, 2016 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Bernice (2004). Robert leaves behind his daughter Betty Luddington of Nova Scotia. Proud Grandfather to Terry (Curtis) Hanlon and Peggy (Tony) Leblanc, Great-Grandfather to five, and Great-Great Grandfather to two. Robert is predeceased by his brothers Melvin and the late Ron (Mary) Jamieson. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and many friends. Robert was a long-time employee for Firestone in Hamilton. Many thanks to the VON and CCAC Staff who helped Robert these last few years. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:30 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to take place at a later date at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Stoney Creek. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CNIB in memory of Robert would be appreciated by the family.
