Obituary of Edward Ralph Duncan

DUNCAN, Edward Ralph Passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2010 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of June (celebrating nearly 61 years of marriage) and dear father of Rob (Celine) and Dave (Sue). Loving grandfather of Kristina and Katherine, Brett and Spencer. Predeceased by his brother Charles Walter. Loving uncle of Marsha, Ann, Lorraine, Peter, Philip, Larry, Kathryn and John. Edward served overseas with the RCAF in World War II and retired from International Harvester in 1978. He was also a longtime member of Stoney Creek United Church. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, May 28, 2010 from 12 noon until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Lung Association would be appreciated.
