TRAJKOVIC, Branko Peacefully on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Hospital West 5th Campus in his 89th year. Born in Buvce, Lebane Srbija. Beloved husband of the late Vida. Cherished father of Kosara (Milan) Andjelkovic of Serbia, Bora (Slavica) Trajkovic of Hamilton, Smilja (Misha) Kojcic of Stoney Creek, Dragica (Ljubomir) Velickovic of Hamilton. Loved grandfather of Grozda (Ivicia), Marina (Goran), Slobodan (Rada), Sladjana (Branko), Violeta, Slobodan (Dragana), Marko, Marina, Natasha, Aleksandra (Tihomir Zaric), great-grandfather of 12 and great-great- grandfather of 1. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital West 5th Campus, Harbour North and East, especially Dr. Shirley Duff, Nurses Justin (Bobby#2) and Carly (Vida#2). Branko Will be missed by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, family and kumovi in Canada and Serbia. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, March 20, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Pomen 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 149 Nash Rd. S., on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 11:00 am with the Very Reverend Father Djuro Samac officiating. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral would be appreciated by the family.
