Brenda and family - Just to let you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Sunday, at the youth service, Chris led us in prayer for Derek and you. She explained to the children who Derek was and how much he has done for us such as setting up our sound system, revamping our puppet theatre and so much more. He was always a very pleasant and kind soul and we will miss him.

I want to extend my sincere condolences on the passing of Derek. I know he was truly loved by all who knew him. The world is a little less bright at the loss of such a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. I am reminded of Proverb 19 "many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lords purpose that prevails." We are called home when our mission here on earth is complete. May the Lord have mercy on his soul.

Dearest Brenda, Sarah, Leslie, Bill and family. My deepest condolences are sent to you as you have lost a wonderful man, such a special person to you all. May you find comfort with the support from each other, family and friends.
