Obituary of Marion Frances Walker

WALKER, Marion Frances (nee Stoneman) Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Thursday, May 12, 2016, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife and best friend of the late John LeRoy (Jack) Walker. Loving mother of Donald and his wife Rose Marie of Binbrook and Judith and her husband Jake MacKinnon of Hamilton. Cherished grandmother of Derek(Karen), Adam (Laura), Quinn (Tara), Mark (Ashley), Shannon (Don), Heather (Adam) and great grandchildren, Sarah, Thomas, Jack, Sam, Bentley and Caeleigh. Marion was predeceased by her son-in-law Paul Webb as well as her sister and brother. Will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Marion enjoyed being an active member of the New Horizons Card Club, Stoney Creek. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, May 16 at 11 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
