Obituary of Mary Joan Easton

EASTON, Mary Joan “Molly” Passed away peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at St. Peter’s Hospital on Friday, March 4, 2011 in her 83rd year. Beloved companion of John Robert Bruce of 28 years and his family and his sisters Dorothy and Audrey and their families. She will be greatly missed by her children Linda, Wendy (Janko), Carol, Sally, Michael, David (Kim), 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of 3W at St. Peter’s Hospital for their excellent care. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
