Obituary of Barbara Coulombe

COULOMBE, Barbara (nee Coulter) May 18, 1930 - August 15, 2016 Peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 15, 2016 in her 87th year. Loving Mother to Cheryl and husband Fred Smith and Nancy and husband Dave Williams. Loving Grandma to Shannon, Darren and wife Michelle, Rebecca, and Rachel. Loving Great-Grandma to Tyler, Jenna, Aiden, Owen, Liam, Vivienne, and Avah-Grace. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, 42 Tragina Avenue North, on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 11 a.m. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Many thanks with grateful hearts to the doctors and staff at St. Peter’s Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
