Obituary of Wayne Alden Lockhart

LOCKHART, Wayne Alden Peacefully, surrounded by his family on September 22, 2016 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of 44 years to his best friend Alma (nee Doak). Cherished father of Melissa (Mike) and Heather Ann (Patrick). Devoted Papa of Summer, Austin and Sarah. Survived by his brothers and sisters Thomas, Sandra (John), Linda (Wesley), Debbie (Gary) and many nieces and nephews. Wayne will be remembered by many dear friends. Special thank you to all the staff on the 4th floor Mary Grace Wing at St. Joseph's Hospital for their wonderful care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, September 25, 2016 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
