Kim and I were sadden to learn of Cyril's passing. At the same time the news spurred fond and happy memories of him enjoying time with our family on special occasions like his sister Joyce's (my grandmother) annual New Year's Day dinner.
We remember Cy as a kind, quiet and soft-spoken man - with a great laugh (more like a chuckle as I recall).
It seemed appropriate to learn from my mother (Beverley) on Remembrance Day that Cy had passed. November 11. 2016 marked the 100th anniversary of the marriage of our great grandparents Bert and Emily Heap (November 11,1916).
Our sincere condolences to Cy's family.
