Obituary of James T. Burley

BURLEY, James T. Peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in his 69th year. Beloved husband of 47 years to Georgina Burley (McNair). Dearly loved by his children Julie, Tim, and Robin. Dear brother of Joan Lambertus. Son-in-law to Gerry McNair and brother-in-law to Marion and Bruce McNair. Jim was a retired electrician with Dofasco with 39 years of service. Jim was an avid golfer and enjoyed curling and bowling. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, December 30th from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Cheyne Presbyterian Church, 7 King St. West at First St., Stoney Creek on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 11 a.m. In Jim`s memory donations to Cheyne Church would be appreciated.
