Obituary of Doris Hilda Gordon

GORDON, Doris Hilda At her residence in Stoney Creek, on December 23, 2016, in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Gordon and also predeceased by her son D’Arcy along with her brothers Harold, Ernie and Wilfred. Survived by nieces Ruth Herrow and her husband Jerry and Lorraine, as well as nephews. She was a dear friend to Murray and Karen, Jim and Pat, and to Linda and Becky. Doris loved gardening and was exceptional at her hobby. She also enjoyed spending time at her cottage. She was a long time member of Stoney Creek United Church and a member of the Eastern Star. A graveside funeral service will be held for Doris at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Stoney Creek, on Thursday, January 5, at 10:30 a.m. Online condolences and notes of sympathy may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
