Obituary of Dorothy Fluke

FLUKE, Dorothy (Sheldon, nee Smith) August 28, 1928 – February 21, 2017 Surrounded by the love of her family, Dorothy passed away, at Regina Gardens. Loving wife of Joseph Fluke for 39 years and predeceased by husband Charles Sheldon. Cherished mother of Glenn Sheldon and his wife Theresa. Loving grandmother of Brent, Kara (Vince), Mark, Dayna (Daniel) and great-grandma (DD) of Ella and Hudson, who were the light of her life. Dear sister of Lily (Russ), Bill (Margaret) and predeceased by Margaret, Violet, Mary and Edith. Special thanks to the staff of Juravinski Hospital ER and Regina Gardens for their compassion and care. As per Dorothy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
