Obituary of Thomas Patrick Moore

MOORE, Thomas Patrick Gone fishing! Peacefully and surrounded by love on February 24, 2017 in his 79th year Tom left us after a great life. Cherished husband of Arlene. Loving father of Greg (Kyu) and Kasia (Domenic). His brightest stars were his grandchildren Nicholas, Mya and Sam Riverso and Claire Moore. Predeceased by his parents John and Alice Moore, his in-laws John and Sophie Mazur, and his brothers Donald and Michael. Survived by his sisters Colleen, Joanne, Judy and Rita. Tom loved his Irish and Ottawa Valley heritage. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Roman Catholic Church, 200 Mount Albion Road, Hamilton on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 11 a.m. Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
