Obituary of Tom Walter Yakiwchuk

YAKIWCHUK, Tom Walter Passed away after a long illness on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the age of 43. Loving father to Taylor and Matthew, and will also be missed by their mother Kelly Yakiwchuk. Cherished son to Billie and the late Peter Yakiwchuk. Grandson to the late Walter and Sophie Yakiwchuk and the late Tom and Pauline Gulliver. Tom will also be missed by many extended family members and friends. Some of Tom’s favourite hobbies as a proud father were to cheer on Matthew at the hockey rink and watching Taylor’s cheerleading routines. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 2 p.m. until the time of service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow.
