Obituary of Rose Caroline Calligan

CALLIGAN, Rose Caroline Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital, on Monday, March 13, 2017, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert for 65 years. Loving mother of Lynne (Rick Beith), Mark (Wendy), Terry (Val) and predeceased by Nancy. Cherished grandmother of Matthew (Tanya), Aaron (Jaime), Dane, Shelby, Kyle, Zachary, Emily, Také and great-grandchildren Evelynn, James, Isabella, William and Sofie. Dear sister of Mary Wally, the late Doreen and the late Daphne. Will also be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Norman, Diana, Bradley, Neal, Bruce, Chris, Wendy, Marylou, Kathy, Rena and Elaine. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Monday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 1 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Stoney Creek. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
