Obituary of David Susnyar

SUSNYAR, David

Peacefully, surrounded by his family on May 1, 2017 in his 69th year.  Beloved husband of Pam. Dearly missed by his mother Nada and father, the late Nikola.  Survived by his brother Robert (Patti), sisters Ida (Mike) and Jelena, nieces and nephews Steven (Maggie), Stefanie, Mark (Stacia), Tia, Nik and Tesla.  Also remembered by his mother-in-law Marie Rattray and father-in-law the late Alex.  Dave operated a family business with Sunfurizing and was a long time employee with Wabco.  Special thanks for the support of his good friend Al and the Graovac family.  Also, thank you to the staff at Hamilton General Hospital for their care and compassion.  Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday May 7, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Pomen at 7:30 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with The Very Reverend Father Djuro Samac officiating.  Interment to follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.  Notes of Sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
