Obituary of Susan Louise Farley

FARLEY, Susan Louise (B.A. Gerontology) Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at the age of 47. Beloved wife of Brian Forester and much loved daughter of Frank and Janet Farley. She will be greatly missed by her sister and best friend Beth Groves (Richard) and their children Kolton, Santanna and Keanan, her aunt and uncle Olive and Ron Hopkins, plus many other aunts, uncles and cousins. She will be lovingly remembered by special friends Joanne and Hillary Gundel, June Outram, Kim Novak, her M.S. yoga group in Burlington and her many other friends. All who knew her felt blessed to have had her in their lives. Susan did succeed in achieving her dream of finishing her University degree but sadly is missing her graduation this week. Special thanks to the staff on the 4th floor CCU and staff of the ICU for their extraordinary care. Cremation and a private funeral service will take place. Arrangements entrusted to the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek. The family will honour Susan’s life with a Memorial Service on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 11:30am at Stoney Creek United Church, 1 King St. W.
