Caroline and I would play in Myrtle st. all the time when her mum lived there. And I would visit her at her Father's place in Stoney Creek. I will always remember her catchy laugh and her friendship was and will always be dear to me.
I am sad I will never laugh or chat for hours with you again.
Love Always,

Bon courage Math

Caroline, I still can't believe you're gone, although we didn't see each other much after your move to Cambridge, we always remained family..You gave our family a gift years ago that we've cherished and will cherish forever. We could never thank you enough with words for the gift of Matthew so we'll thank you every day by loving him and watching out for him. As he grows into a great man we will surround him with enough pride for us and you. Thank you Caroline for being a wonderful sister-in-law and friend, thank you for Matthew.
All our love forever...

From:your friend always,
Kim Leclerc.
Oh Pony, I miss you so! I am still so shocked & heartbroken...& so worried for Matthew. But please dont worry, you know we will do anything for him. Cody is so heartbroken..you were Mom #2, & one of my bestest friends ever! I love you, & don't know how I will be able to get past this grief. We shared our life stories, good & bad, & I will truly miss that. And oh, those boys could get us going, couldn't they? I feel blessed to have had you in our lives, even though we should have had many more years of fun together. I will truly miss you more than words can say, & will think of you always my good friend...

I would like to express my condolences to Caroline's family and friends.I have worked at both Hamilton and Kitchener-Waterloo airports with Caroline. She will be remembered in my prayers and missed by all here. We had hoped to see her recuperate with a new lease on life. Sadly, this was not meant to be- but there is some comfort in knowing she spent her last days with family.

For Caroline Scott
My dear Caroline...we got reacquainted during these last few months while you were hospitalized. You certainly gave everyone quite a shock when you 1st. wrote you were in the hospital and waiting for surgery...in an hour no less. That's when I read the outpour of love and support from your many friends who stood by you and wanted to help any way they could. You had more friends and support from your dad, Carmen and Josee, than most people can gather in a lifetime. You have to be a friend...to have friends and that you did. Such an unfair end to someone who fought so hard, remained so positive, and was so sure she was heading to her own home soon. Have to believe all things happen for a reason, but sometimes it's so hard to accept. You were one brave girl...enjoyed our chats via facebook and felt lucky I could chat with you recently.
And for your Dad, Carmen, Josee they feel such a void right now, but the tributes pouring in will help them now and down the road.
May you rest without your struggles now, and give your family and friends the "OK" to carry on without you...physically only as you will always be remembered in our hearts.
your matante..
love Jeannette

Life is too short. I will cherish the time we spent together, just wishing I could have spent more time with you. I know you are much happier now, being in Jesus's arms. I will never forget you and I can't wait until we meet again.
You forever friend...Brian

Well Caroline, I didn't want to be the first one to sign, because then you will expect me to have something good written here. So I will try to leave the puns out...but no promises. We miss you very much, you went way before your time, and still have lots more to give. I want to thank you for being there when we needed a friend, and glad we could have returned the favour when we could. I was telling Jen the other day, that it really sucks that you have gone, but also have to believe in that you had another purpose and it was your time. It does suck and we will miss you very much...so I will leave you with this...because the folks and work and us will know the story behind it and the great laughs we had that evening while at work.
It was very 'wong' of me to make a pun out of that briefing, but you must admit, it was a good laugh...

Dear Matthew...
Wanted to say to you personally how sad it was to hear of your mom's passing. You stood by her side when she spent days fighting for her life. Sometimes we wonder why things happen, especially when Caroline was so young and still had so much to offer. She was so strong, determined, and she truly believed she was going to win this battle. What it did accomplish is showing her how loved she was by everyone. She had so many friends, she saw how you stood by her, it had to have filled her heart with love and pride for her #1 grown up son! You have wonderful family in your grandpa, Carmen, Josee and Brian who all care for you. All of you have lost a very special person... I am sorry..and wish it wasn't so.
Jeannette...your mom's aunt!

Caroline, you were with us pretty much from day one back in 2004 when Northwest and Quikair started flights from here - not long after I myself started working at the airport. It is sad to hear that you're gone and I know you will be greatly missed by all of your friends, acquaintances and frequent travellers.
