GAGNE, Lionel (Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Battlefield Branch #622, Stoney Creek, Retired Employee of Dofasco and Proud Veteran of WWII) At McMaster University Medical Centre on Thursday, October 16, 2008, in his 91st year. Lionel Gagne, predeceased by his wife Dorothy. Dear father of Sharyn Gagne (Danny Ellis), Sheila Gagne, Paul (Linda Langley) and Wayne. Grandfather of Adrian, Terra-Lee, Michael-Zen, Carol, Lynn. Great-grandfather of AmberPearl, Emily Elizabeth and Marissa. Special thanks to the staff of 3X at McMaster Hospital and also the staff of Ridgeview Long Term Care Centre for taking care of their "Lover Boy". The family will receive friends at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 1 p.m. Veterans' Service to follow.
