Herbert what a pleasure it has been knowing you at the Flamborough YMCA. I always looked forward to seeing you at our Balance class or to see you heading down the hall to Hydrotherapy. I can't say that I have ever known such a generous, happy, determined and funny gentleman. You made everyone in your path smile. Will miss your cheerful flute music at the close of our Balance classes. Rest in peace my friend. I know you are in a good place. Virginia YMCA Balance Instructor and friend.

I met Herbert at the Y. His smile, sense of fun, and his flute abilities, were always enjoyed in our balance class at the Y. Herb was always game for a bit of fun, surrounded by his Y lady friends, adding to our enjoyment of the class. He will be really missed, his chair vacant , but our memories of Herbert will fill the gap he leaves in our hearts. Play on Herbert, wherever you are, bringing smiles to everyone's faces. My condolences to his family.
