VELDSTRA, Jansje “Jane”

Entered peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Saviour at Shalom Manor, Grimsby, on Sunday, June 2, 2019, in her 96^th year. Beloved wife of the late Albertus. Loving mother of Ria, Albert and Akiko, Marg and Bob. Loved Oma of Lynn-Ann, Wendy and David, Martin and Leeanne, James and Jodi, Peggy, David and Vanessa and their families. Dear sister of Anna and Wim, Jan and Tini, and Gwen and sisters-in-law Shirley and Nelly.   Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Alice and Hennie, her son-in-law Nick, brothers-in-law Sip, John, Itske and sister-in-law Tina.  Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday from 4- 8 p.m. A family interment service will be held on Friday morning followed by a Celebration of Her Life to which all are welcome to attend at Fruitland Christian Reformed Church, 805 Highway 8, Stoney Creek at 2:00 p.m.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Shalom Manor Chaplaincy Fund would be appreciated.
