Obituary of Joan Ann Trebych

TREBYCH, Joan Ann (nee Groves)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan on Friday, June 14, 2019 at St. Peter’s Hospital in her 81st year.  Beloved wife of the late Ed.  Dear mother of Brian and Dorothy, Brenda and John, George and Debbie.  She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Joan is predeceased by her brother Ken and his wife Bev.  Survived by her brother Don (Judy), sister Shirley Williamson and sister-in-law Eleanor Rose.  Special thanks to the LHIN, VON (Suzanne Detullio), St. Joseph’s and St. Peter’s Palliative Care Units.  Cremation has taken place.  Friends and family will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
