So sorry to read of Bob's5 passing. For years I worked at the Saltfleet Public Library and he was a regular customer. We always seemed to have interesting conversations about things we had read or watched and I always enjoyed our conversations. He was a lovely and intelligent man. Condolences to his loved ones.
Bob was a dear friend from Delta. We played in the Concert Band together. We crossed paths again in the early 90s but after I couldn’t find him again. Such sad news. I’ll always remember him from our school days as funny, vibrant and always there for support and advice. Sincere condolences to Bob’s family. Rest In Peace, my friend... Vo
It's really sad and disturbing news. Bob was with Latow since 1997 always being active, friendly and open to help. He was very much artistic minded and far beyond our commercialized biases but he enjoyed being a respected part of the guild. Rest in Peace Bob, we are missing you.
Holiday dinners won't be the same without you Bobby. Your funny sense of humor and great conversation will surely be missed as well as all of your yummy baked goods and garlic butter. You were truly a wonderful person who could have a conversation with anyone about pretty much any topic. We will miss you and you will always be in our thoughts and in our hearts. Rest in ease now.
Love Tiffanie (step-sister) and Skylar & Riley (niece & nephew)
Bobby and I were pretty close growing up. We were "kissing cousins" when we were toddlers held hands and played together. As we hit our teen years I always liked to hang out with my cool city cousin when we came to Hamilton to visit the Robertson clan. He introduced me to his wierd music..Iggy Pop. His strange reading material. Trout Fishing in America...great novel by the way. Hilarious. He was everything Iggy and when he was out on his own he named his adopted lanky Marmaduke dog "Iggy."I can only hope that those two and my Grammie Robertson are reunited. That would make him very happy. I have some real nice photos Bob took that he framed for me. He was a fantastic photographer. He will be missed...he always remembered my birthday and anniversary...even when I didn't..lol.
