Obituary of Vivien Joan Leier

LEIER, Vivien Joan

Passed away peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2019, surrounded by family, a month away from her 90th birthday. Vivien was happiest spending time at the cottage with her family. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Ernest of 69 years. She was the loved mother of Robert (Pauline), William (Edith), Carol (Bob), and Deborah (Mike). Grandmother to Gillian, Kelly, Jodi, Brian, Mark and Erica. Great-grandmother to Bobi , Ella and Benjamin. She will also be sadly missed by her extended family and many family friends. Special thanks to the staff at the Juravinski Hospital and Westmount Terrace for their care and compassion. A private family service has already taken place at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home in Stoney Creek, with interment at Mount Hamilton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
