JAMIESON-KRAMPITZ, Anne Kennedy

Peacefully, Anne went to be with her wonderful Saviour whom she served so faithfully, Sunday, August 25, 2019. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her; especially by her loving husband, Nathan; daughters Cathie (Peter) Lemmond, Jeanette (Kevin) Simpson and Anne Marie (the late Brad) Collingwood; and her loved second family Susan (Larry) Weil, Paul and Mark (Alisa). Ever loving grandma/granny to her 14 grandchildren and Gigi to her 9 great-children. Anne will be rejoicing to see her late husband, Hugh Jamieson, her dear sister, Joey and many others that have gone before. Visitation will be held at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, August 29th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. “Celebration of Life” at Mount Hamilton Baptist Church on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The family wish to express heartfelt gratitude to the medical team at Juravinski Hospital especially Dr. Kraeker, Dr. Melicia, Dr. Mary and the amazing nursing team on B3, who went above and beyond in their care of Anne. Their expertise, balanced with compassion, was second to none.
