Passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in his 100th year. Beloved husband of the late Cornelia. Loved father of Florentina Uzoni (John) and Cornelia Baja (Adam). Cherished grandfather of Georgina Zivku (John), Mary Baja (Mario), Mary Mostacci (Carlo), Tina McCombe (Andrew), John Baja (Diana) and great-grandchildren Ryan McCombe, Nicole Zivku, Brandon Baja, Justin Baja, Amanda Zivku, Kyle Baja and Marc McCombe. Dimitrie was predeceased by his brother. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday from 6-9 p.m.  The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, October 5th at 9:30 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
