Obituary of Earle Hazelwood Magee

MAGEE, Earle Hazelwood   

April 17, 1930 - October 13, 2019.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Earle at the age of 89. Predeceased by his son Bill Magee, John Magee and daughter Diane Eagleson. Survived by daughter Judy Magee, wife, Mary Alice Magee, grandchildren, Kelly, Cameron, Heather, Michael and Lesley. Extended family, Scott Paddock and family. Earle was a loving father, husband, and friend to everyone.  Earle was a long-haul transport driver for 63 years. Enjoyed many years working for Paddock Trucking. Earle enjoyed a good joke and had a great sense of humour. Earle loved to travel, an avid Nascar fan, enjoyed watching ball games, reading train magazines, aviation, Earle flew an ultralight 2-seater aircraft. Earle was a member of St. Andrew’s Lodge No. 62 A.F. & A.M. for 50 years. Please join our family at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday October 17, 2019 from 5 to 7:00 pm for visitation. Masonic service at 5:00 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow: In lieu of flowers a donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.  Online condolences may be sent to www.donaldvbrown.ca
