Obituary of Margherita  Savegnago

SAVEGNAGO, Margherita 

March 23, 1928 - October 29, 2019

Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital on October 29, 2019.  Predeceased by her husband Bruno. Dearest mother to son Loris (Bonnie) Savegnago and daughter Maria (Moodie) Johri. Loved grandmother of Anthony (Beverley), Justin, Carrie (Mark), Solomon (Ginger) and Yasmine. Treasured great-grandchildren Isaiah, Elijah, Devin, Emily, Dominic, Caden, Ella and Maddie. She also leaves behind niece Marilena and nephew Graziano and family in Italy. Special thanks to St. Joseph’s Hospital 7th level surgical for their kindness and compassion. Visitation will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, November 1, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Vigil Prayers will take place Friday evening at 6:45 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Parish, Stoney Creek at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2019 followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.  Donations to Heart and Stroke  would be appreciated.   Notes of sympathy and condolence may be left at www.donaldvbrown.ca
