Obituary of Juan Di Chen

Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Juravinski Hospital at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Hongyu Li. Much loved mother of Shigang Li and Shizhong Li. Cherished grandmother of Victoria and Alexander. Juan was born on February 13, 1938 in a small town, Cixi, near Shanghai, China. She moved to Toronto with her husband in 2012 and later moved to Hamilton in 2019. She worked as a nurse and had a long career. She was a smart and loving mother, always looking after her family and enjoyed sewing and cooking. She cared extensively for her husband when he had cancer in 1991. She saved his life, with all of her love, care and kindness. Friends were received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 12pm until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm. Interment followed at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.

She will be greatly missed.
