It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beautiful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother in her 86th year on Thursday, January 20, 2020 at home in Hamilton. Beloved wife of the late Harold O'Meara. Loving mother of Brian (Shelly) and Carl (Catherine). Cherished grandmother of Shannon, Cheryl and Kaeli and great-grandmother of Sydney and Emberly. Loved and missed by all. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday, January 28th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Those wishing to donate in memory of Jean are asked to consider the Canadian Diabetes Association.
