Obituary of Betty Given

GIVEN, Betty At the Hamilton General Hospital on Monday, January 25, 2010, in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Andre Marcotte and the late James Herbert Given. Dear mother of Heather and her husband Brian Showkenick. Will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Betty was a member of the Stoney Creek United Church, Past President of the Stoney Creek United Church U.C.W., Past President of the Presbyterial U.C.W. and member of the Stoney Creek Red Cross Society. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, January 29th at 10:30 a.m. Interment Queen's Lawn Cemetery, Grimsby.
