Len, I promised you that I would catch the "big one" on that lure you gave to me; well I am still trying. You and Elaine were so good to me. You always made me laugh and you always asked me how the "zoo" at home was. I will miss your laugh and our little chats. Until we meet again.....

Dear Elaine,
Please accept my deepest sympathy, I have a short verse I hope you find comforting.
Those we love don't go away.
They walk beside us everyday.
Unseen, unheard but always near.
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
With sympathy and love,
Jean Crick

Condolences to Jon & Nicole, Elaine and family. Len was a dear friend of my parents Lyle and Pat Cudmore. They met through the Stoney Creek United Church and developed a close relationship over the years, often travelling/vacationing together. Len was a great guy - warm and funny and he always made me feel welcome when I was visiting. Rest in peace Len.

I just wanted to take a moment and tell the family of Mr. Fawcett condolences of the loss of this magnificent man. He was the person who gave me my love of reading, he molded me to want to learn. His quiet way of teaching a person to go in the right direction. He was at Queen Mary School when I was younger and then when I moved up the Mountain I was so surprised to find him at Hill Park as the Librarian, it was a warm reunion trust me. He was someone who really molded my future and I am forever grateful for having him in my life. In later years , I did see him one more time when He and his lovely wife came into the Restoration business where I worked maybe due to a flood. I'm not sure he actually remembered me, but I NEVER forgot him. He was just that kind of man. He will be forever missed by me, he was one of a kind, a true teacher , one who MADE A DIFFERENCE. My condolences to you all. Mr. Fawcett.......to you sir, I say THANK YOU for everything, you made a difference to my life, so kind , gentle and always the gentleman.
** I hope there are no spelling or grammar mistakes......can you imagine? Brenda Myette Tesser
