Obituary of Robert Joseph Marcel McCormack

McCORMACK, Robert Joseph Marcel

Peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the age of 61.  Dear son of Germaine and the late Patrick McCormack. Robert was a loving father to his son Patrick. Robert was a caring husband to his wife Ilda.

A brother to Carole (Daniel) Nantais and Andrew (Hayley) McCormack and Uncle to Emma, Matthew, Daniel, and Michael. He leaves many relatives and friends in Ontario and Sherbrooke, Quebec. Robert enjoyed photography and was a model railway enthusiast. He was not well for many years but rarely complained.

Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 1-4 p.m. Vigil Prayers at 3 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, 63 Hwy 20 East, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, October 14 at 11 a.m.  Private family interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery. To attend the Visitation and Funeral Mass, all guests must register at www.donaldvbrown.ca to choose a scheduled visitation time.  All visitation periods are scheduled in 30-minute increments. Masks are mandatory.If desired, donations to Our Lady of the Assumption Parish or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
