My heart breaks for you, Char, and Kevan. Dan touched so many lives, all across Ontario. This wasn't only because of his long drives to Quebec, but due to the many people he met who shared in his search for justice and fairness. In these last several years that I've known Dan, he was a true fighter in so many ways, but always kind - - not hardened by the many difficult or devastating experiences that he endured. That is what makes him very special and, aside from his incredible determination, I will always remember Dan for his pure kindness and care that he gave freely to others.
